Max towing weight

I have looked on both stickers and cannot find the GCWR weight for my 2018 ACE 27.2. I found the GVWR and the GAWR. My GVWR is 16000 and the GAWR is 6500 front and 11000 rear. I weighed at the Cat scales and the vehicle weighed at 15820 and my towed vehicle weighed 4020 for a total of 19940 on our last trip. As you can see my GVWR is right at max.
Where or how do I find the GCWR limit?

OCCC is on a yellow tag on the bottom, inside of the screen door. This is applied after the QC when the coach is on the scales. It is a DOT required sticker.
The GCWR is listed on the driver's side wall and should look like this, where it is 23,000 lbs

6.8L/Auto 16,000 9650 23,000/7000 6500 11,000 3111 3232 6343

This is what I found GCWR 23,000, GVWR 16,000. It should be around 7,000

I have the same model and year coach the GCWR is 23000 and the GVWR is 16000.
That gives you a 7000-pound weight for your toad. I wouldn't tow that much myself. A 5000 lb toad would be about the max I would subject the V10 to.
My Cherokee Trailhawk has a curb weight of 4200. Last time over the CAT scale we had a GVWR of 16175 and the car loaded was 4350. Since then, I have been running with 1/2 tank of fresh water rather than the full 50 gallons to bring the GVWR back into line.

On my ACE 30.3 the tags next to the drivers seat say.

Front GAWR.....................7000 LB
Rear GAWR...................12000 LB
this adds up to.... .........19000 LB
Yet the GVWR is listed as 18000 LB

Why the discrepancy? 1000 lb is an awful big rounding error.
Also my GCWR is listed as 23000 LB
So, with a fully loaded coach, depending on how I fudge the numbers I could tow either 4000 lb or 5000 lb.

The 7,000 lbs and the 12,000 lbs are the maximum weights that the axles on your rig are designed to support. That the GVWR is less than the sum recognizes other factors such as the capability of the wheel brakes to absorb the energy of a stop and the fact that if the GVWR limit was equal to the sum then the load would have to distributed exactly 7,000 and 12,000 lbs.

Violating the laws of physics has no appeal,
Jim

Adding the axle weights to get GVWR wouls ASSUME each axle was carrying its appropriate share of the GVW. Just like you can't add the max load of all the tires to get GVWR. Things don't work out that evenly in real life and you need some safety margins.
