Well, I finally found it. It's not, however, a BIM 160. It's made by Trombetta and I have reached out to them to see if it is hooked up correctly. Maybe it was a supply chain issue during the build....

That is not true for solar. Solar will charge the house batteries and, supposedly the chassis battery through the BIM, with the Battery Disconnect in the OFF position.
