We had the drivers side mudflap and bracket break loose on our last trip. Thor was good at replacing it I think, I'm still waiting to pick up my Chateau 26B from other warranty work as well. Camping World has taken forever to do the work, but I don't think it has been a problem with getting parts. They received the mud flap and new bracket pretty quickly.
