Just replaced the manual slide thermostat on my 29 FE with the LED digital readout thermostat that I purchased from Amazon (
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Works great,more precise, took me about 15 minutes.
Also switched out the plastics large/small double sink with a stainless steel double bowl (equal size) sink, that I purchased from Amazon (
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Took about 2hrs hardest part was removing the mounting screws holding down the back of the sink. That was tough on my arms and shoulders.
