Picked our 2015 Hurricane from warranty service and notice one of the L.E.D. strips under a headlights was broker off. I ask the serviceman to order the park. He said Thor would want to see a photo of old part and that would require our RV being in the shop for 4 days.
I called Thor and was prepared to argue my case. I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful assistants the person gave me. He said they would send the part right out to me. WOW, that just made my day.
