After removing the cabinet we were able to dry the floor with a small fan heather.
We will put a primer sealer on the presswood.
Problem we also found, is that the vinyl flooring is only stapled, so if there is water infiltration it stays trapped.
Just wanted to share my experience so others do not have to run into this.
Best way to learn isn't always the easiest.
