McQueenFamily - I can only speak from my experience on our coach. There are 2 brackets on the base of the refrigerator and another on the top. The 2 brackets on the base are fairly straightforward with clutch head screws. The top bracket is VERY goofy. On ours the top bracket was glued with some sort of mastic to the top of the refrig and screws up into the frame above the refrig. I actually used a putty knife to remove this bracket after removing the top screws. I did not have to remove any of the molding to get the frig out.

The frig is a standard residential frig with castor rollers on the base that allow easy movement of the frig. As I said, I built a platform and was able to roll the frig straight out. The water valve is standard stuff and is easily available from appliance repair shops.

Hope this helps - it is just based on our experience.
