You want TP that will break down in the black tank. To test TP get a medium sized clear glass jar with a lid, fill with water, add 3 sheets of your favorite TP, wait 2-3 minutes and then shake the jar. If the TP falls apart it’s good to use in the RV, if the TP stays whole, or semi whole, I wouldn’t use it.
