that's what we do and never a problem since, we also use them in the fridge..
what I do is take the plastic bins to the fridge,and load up,.. then take the plastic bins to the pantry and load up, the rv is then loaded in minutes and when we come back..unloaded in minutes...everything that goes in the rv fridge is already cold, and the stuff in the cabinettes is fresh... we used to keep the rv stocked... but the vegas heat would cook everything
