After D.C.
Thanks to everyone with your suggestions for DC. I have the route and campgrounds going to DC set. We are still planning on what to do there but we have a good idea of what that will be. We also have Gettysburg and Philly (Independence Hall) set.
We are not doing any sight seeing on our way there. Driving there we will be caravanning with friends and they are limited with vacation time. For them this trip will probably be three weeks.
After Philly will separate from our friends. We plan to head south and take our time coming home.
So now we are looking for suggestions for areas to visit south. Carolinas, Virginas, Tennessee, anything and everything. Neither Maria nor I have ever been in the southern states
We would like to see Nashville, and Amarillo to camp with Dino for a weekend. Other than that we are open to anything.
SO for those of you living in the south or have been there suggest away. Ill research your suggestions and hopefully maybe meet some of you during the trip
