Water Leak

We purchased our Redwood 36FL a little over a year ago, love it, we keep it at an RV park, as both my wife and I work about 120 miles from where our home is, and we stay in it normally four days each week and then head to our home for the weekends. We have come back twice to find water on the floor in the kitchen area, both times the drawer under the refrigerator was soaked as well. Since normally I do not drive our F350 in during the week, it has not been practical to get the unit to the dealer about 45 miles away, so we have had a local RV service company complete the repairs, a line that goes to the ice maker. They have said that it is a plastic line and it has melted both time causing the leak. Has anyone else had that problem?? We are going to pull it into the dealer the last week of this month and have them go through the unit to check a few things.
