Empty and winterized - below zero.
Occupied - don’t think we’ve been below 20’s - have had it with 6” of snow on roof.
Issue is keeping the occupants warm - you can almost watch the propane gauge move with furnace running...
Electric heaters and/or Extend-a-stay style propane adapter recommended.

No issues with mechanicals.. Our fresh water tank is mid ships between dinette and bathroom... dropped water line to RV at night (heated option could be used there).
Would dump some antifreeze in drains if extended time... mainly to protect the tank to dump valve pipe.
