I had a 2017 ACE 29.3 and really loved it. I do not know if its true on your coach but the bathroom sink water went to the black tank. The tank was only 26 gal. so really had to watch water use on sink and toilet.
I had no major problems with any of the moving parts, drive train, motor etc. In the 2.5 years I had it I put 20,000 miles on it. Change oil, grease, keep correct tire pressure.
