On my Vegas...the drivers arm rests were not even.
So after figuring out how to remove (rotate straight up, then push the arm in towards the seat very very hard, then rotate back wards)...I realized that the manufacturer welded the “stop pin” in the wrong location on the arm.
Thus, one arm was 2” lower than the other.

My fix was to JB Weld a small spacer to raise the uneven one.

The only other option is to remove the steel from the arm cover and re-weld in the proper location.

Perfect! But can you elaborate a bit? Not sure I can picture what you've done. The left arm on mine is lower than the right and I'd like to level them.
