I did Helwig sways on front and rear and I believe that it really makes it feel like a Suburban/Expedition. It limits rocking side to side.
Others have done sways on front and track bar on rear
Still others have done only SUMO's front and rear, no sways
The only way to know the difference is to ride in all the different options, which probably isn't possible.
So you'll have to choose
