Mine had the lights replaced by the dealer but were out again not long after, I contacted Carefree and they couldn't have been nicer. Sent new lights that my son installed and have been working perfectly ever since. Did have the rear end cap missing & they sent that as well. Thor had not mounted the awning through the whole wall so when a company doing warranty work (not my dealer) noticed the awning hanging loose, they insisted I NOT get on the highway like that, phoned Thor & got permission (under warranty), to take the microwave out & put bolts through with enough backing (washers?) to not pull loose. They also fixed a couple other problems (under warranty) so in the end, Thor and Carefree took care of me & my problems. I do have the model that closes up in wind. 2015 4-Winds 28F. My sons would like to see me driving something smaller but I decided to stick with this one at least until..... when ever it is MY idea.
