Thor Customer service has been great to us. They took care of all issues big and small both in and out of warranty. They recommended preferred Thor certified repair facilities that took care of our issues. We have a 2018 Miramar 35.3. Of all the different brands of RVs we owned through the years, Thor's customer service has been the best so far. We will continue to be Thor customers.
