First off you will need to check the owners manual and see if the Tucson is towable 4 wheels down.
I don't see it listed in the 2020 Good Sam Dinghy Towing Guide. The Guide is a good reference point to start a search for a "toad" but it is a guide. The final say so on 4 down towable will be found in the Manufacturers owners manual.
