Jansen in cabin audio / VCR unit
I just purchased a 2015 Mercedes Sprint Citation SL. The Jansen unit in the cabin doesn’t work. A repairman pulled the unit out and checked out the fuses in the unit which were all good. When he checked the wiring that would normally bring power to the unit, he was not able to detect power. I called Thor’s technical department and the best they could do was to send me prints of the wiring harness for the coach which I cannot find wiring to the unit. I have checked the fuses in the panel under the rear closet and they are all good. Can anyone tell me if they have ever had this problem. This is my first time owning an RV and my first attempt in this Forum.
