I have parked in busy urban areas using two spots. Got lucky years ago in San Francisco but wouldn't count on it. You would need a alternative plan in case the spots are not available.
I arrived the night before a meeting in Phoenix last year and found an empty parking lot behind a church not far from the meeting. Worked fine on a week night, probably not so well on Sunday.
I have parked overnight a few times in residential areas while visiting friends. Couldn't use the slide but worked ok.
Overnighting on a busy street is a no go for me, it drives me nuts when vehicles pass rocking the MH.
