I think the leveling issue has been addressed...
For the handling - you will find many threads here and elsewhere.
First step is alignment - if you haven't had one done. Should be done fully loaded as you would travel.
There are steering stabilizers and such that can improve the ride - but starting with a rig properly aligned helps a lot.
