Well, my thought is that you’d better figure it out ASAP! I’m not acquainted with your model but if it was dry until you connected to a water source after dewinterizing it’s a fair bet that your issue is from a burst fitting from inadequate winterizing. From what you said a likely candidate would be the ice maker if you have one. Ultimately you’ll just have to check every water line and fitting until you figure it out. PEX lines are pretty tolerant of freezing and generally don’t retain much water anyway. Usually it’s a faucet, valve or fitting that perishes. Good luck.
