Yes, they had to stop producing/selling the older model (pictured above) because it infringed on Jeep's "look" (ruling last month). But they had already changed the look and styling with the 2020 model year so they are "back in business". They are sold as UTVs for off road use and have to be modified and multiple paperwork hoops must be jumped through to make them road legal and taggable.
