I suspect it is a TPO roof. Thor MC was using it until 2019 and maybe after. It requires periodic cleaning and checking of the edges where it is sealed against the sides. Mine is holding up well as is the edges. If it can survive the Texas sun for 5 years is pertly good roofing.
