Black tank blade valve

2018 Freedom Elite. When I come down our fairly steep gravel driveway and pull onto the road the black tank blade just barely hits the gravel. Just the very corner of it scrapes the gravel. Can I loosen the 4 nuts & bolts & rotate the valve just a bit? If I can do that I don’t think I’ll have a clearance issue. I want to make sure before doing it and ending causing a leak😁
