AND...keep pressing the switch for a few seconds after it reaches fully-up and fully-down. Same for slides. That allows the motors to resynchronize. As others have said, always allow the bed and/or slides to travel their full length. Don't start/stop/start/stop... That knocks the motors out of synch.
