The "non-resettable" GFCI labeled outlet(s) that have GFCI label are "daisy chained" in the same circuit as (usually) the bathroom outlet - which has the reset button. If ANY outlet in that daisy chain has a fault, it trips the bathroom GFCI outlet - and they ALL stop working.
The outlets in that circuit are GFCI labeled to let you know that. Otherwise, you'd be chasing your tail trying to find a tripped breaker!
P.S. The microwave is usually plugged into an outlet inside a cabinet.
