3yrs full-time move every 3wks one slide is 3track system over 20ft long very heavy fridge stack wash/dryer kitchen fireplace tv ect, the other 2 slides are 2trac, I clean the tracks with just a micro fiber cloth and clean the metal plates on bottom of slides that the rollers roll on clean no problems so far. Making sure I'm level before using slides is very important IMO.
