Thank you so much for that reply. Very helpful and educational.
I need to find my damn multimeter and test the volts coming in on SP since everything worked when I wired the generator to the SP side of the ATS. This at least tells me the problem in on the supply side of the house and not the MH side.
The surge suppressor is one that came with the RV and we did not use it on our trip home since I didn't know we had one. The 30 AMP to 50 AMP pigtail came with it as well although I did use this at the KOA and everything worked fine.
Now I am out to both garages to find that multi meter and will get back soon.
