which dealer is that so i'll know to avoid since I am also in FL!!!!
With the high number of dropped screws found under drawers and elsewhere, loose screws, and popped screws in my coach there is little doubt in my mind that you have some lost part up there! My guess might be something in the actual slide mechanism area itself, and not in the awning... but then I'm not listening to it....
Unfortunately I'm not a slide expert yet. I just watched some stoff on you tube yesterday and learned how to electroncially and mechanically overide my Schwintek slide mechanisms.... my selling dealer was no help when i asked.
i would suggest spending a little time in google to determine what slide or awning you have, then find some pictures or videos of how it goes together.... so you can better understand it....
then if you can't fix it yourself, find another dealer if it's under warranty.
