Water leak

I just have a question. I am new to this. I have a water leak in the T that connects the 3 lines. Under my pantry. One goes up one goes down through the floor and the other looks like it goes to the water heater. My question is do I need special clamps to replace the T. It looks like someone has tried to fix it with a regular hose clamp. But that's where it is leaking from.
