Not full time but extended trips of two to three months!
I believe the Axis comes with a back up camera . I put your other suggestions on my list with the exception of the sat tv - not sure I want one of those.
I know I will need a surge protector! I'm gong with the Progressive EMS, but not sure if I should get the portable one or have one hard wired! What is the advantage of one lever the other?
