The price depends. They don't like to keep a coach on the lot for more than a three months. If if it doesn't sell by 90 days, they usually lower the price by 2%. So if it is a special order or a new fast selling coach the price is fixed. If the coach has been around for 90 days or more, you can get as much as 5% off the listed price. Often if you are an easy sell, the salesman will split his commission with you. Price discounts also vary by season. The new model year is around April so coaches sold in the first three months of the year are usually heavily discounted. The Doug and Sharon O'Banion own the place and Donny is the CEO. There are other family members in various management positions so it a family operation. They are very approachable people. The employ 20 sales associates so as you can see, it is a big place.
If you do buy from MHSRV, be sure to meet Tim Johnson. The is a service manager. If you ever have a problem with your coach, he is the guy that make the magic happen. Mitch Bennett was our salesman.
