That option isn't available for some of the Axis/Vegas floorplans. In our 24.1, for instance, the slide is immediately behind the driver's seat. This makes for very limited room for driver's seat movement.

I've been able to find a happy spot that has a good combination of recline and place for my foot (I'm 5' 10"). In addition: I use the cruise control a lot--especially for those looong drives.
