Sure you can
buy a QAM box (Amazon) for your TVs if you want, but you may find there are other reasons to upgrade your TV to something a little higher quality (like an LG, Sharp, Sony, etc.).
Granted 3 X $50 is cheaper (or 1 X) than 3 X a full TV--you don't have to replace them all.
(We haven't replaced the two on our unit--no outside TV. This is because we usually don't watch TV when camping--other than the Playstation, or other computer based item plugged in.)
