Poor mud flap design causes tires to blow out.

Mud Flaps have caused 6 flat tires in the past two years on our 2015 Four Winds Super C. During the warranty period both sets of back tires were flattened because the front mud flaps got caught up between tires causing blow outs, flat tires, and severed air lines to inside tire. Today it happened again. It's not only the cost of the tires, and field repair, but also the time, which resulted in losing a night's stay at the RV park we had booked for tonight. We can see that the mud flap is intended to protect the propane tank, and now with today's disaster, the propane tank's wiring is exposed. Is there a better solution that protects the integrity of the tires, the propane tank, not to mention myself, and my husband?
