Knock Thor for the quality issues all you want but its stuff like this that makes Thor stand out a little. So far, for me, they have been very responsive to inquires like this. None of our other 3 RV manufacturers had ever even attempted contact with us let alone send us prints and diagrams. I was very surprised when we got a call from Thor about 2 months after purchase asking us if we had any questions.
Sure their quality sucks (or is on par with every other RV manufacturer) but, at least in my experience, their customer service has been pretty good.
