We had a similar issue with our Vegas heqdlights. One was pointing down and right, of course I found out first time driving at night. There will be 4 adjustment screws on the corners behind the lights in engine bay. Small phillips screwdriver will allow you to raise/lower and left to right. If your driveway is pretty level you can shine lights at garage door and adjust as needed.
If you can, wear gloves as it was a tight fit on our Vegas and it gets hot to the touch when your mid arm deep adjusting.
