Do you know where your fresh water tank is?
Is it below the floor or above the floor (e.g. in the living area protected, or below the floor outside)?
On our Axis the fresh tank is above the floor under a bed (thus heated by the furnace). The waste tanks, on the other hand, are below the floor unprotected (and have heater pads on them).
No need to ask anyone, just look around your coach.
