Hopeful new owner

Hello all, itís nice to join your group.

Iím in the market for a RV and done tons of research and taken test drives of different classes and sizes of motor homes. I think a Vegas/Axis is for me. Before taking the plunge I found a 24.1 for rent and will be taking it in a 10 day trip next week.
Whe I finally buy one, Iíll want to bring my bicycle and kayak along with me. I have a bike carrier for the receiver hitch but I havenít figured out how to carry my kayak. Any and all suggestions will be sincerely appreciated.
Thanks

Hello, welcome, good luck, and make sure you download Ed's manual if you haven't already (found here: Link to Ed Felker's Vegas/Axis Manual ). Renting is a great way to learn if you like a rig--especially for 10 days. Keep in mind that once you make one your own you can change it up how you like

There was some discussions about carrying a kayak a while ago. Here is one of the discussions:
Kayaks and Class C

Edit, also looks like this discussion just started:
Thor Class C needs kayak loader & carrier suggestion
