Treat rubber seals on Vegas

What product should I use to treat exterior rubber seals on windows and doors on a 2016 Vegas? Just winterized the rig and would like to stay ahead of cracks and keep seals pliable.
Thanks.

If you are putting it away for the winter the biggest issue will be UV from the sun drying them out. Either 303 protectant or covering the RV.

Thanks. Any particular flavor of 303 - automotive, aerospace?

I've been using aerospace...didn't know there were options.
