Well I am not a residential fridge expert by any stretch, but perhaps we can “assume” that because inside lights come on you have 120VAC at the fridge plug OK. Not sure how else internal fridge lighting would work otherwise. If you have no control board lights coming on, it might suggest a bad control board or whatever feeds power to the control board (on/off switch; internal fuse blown perhaps on the fridge?) or some other control device (thermostat etc) that has failed? I am attaching a "Basic" residential fridge troubleshooting guide which describes many items that can cause no cooling complaints (scroll down the link page).

Can you hear any fans or the compressor running or trying to start ? Might need a mobile residential fridge tech to assist if you are not comfortable working on 120vac appliances.
