12v water pump on 2016 Four Winds 31w

I can hear our water pump running but we are not able to get water out any faucet. We have 2/3 of a tankmin our fresh water. Any idea what the issue maybe? Where is the water pump located on this model? We are currently boondocking without city water and are unable to get our water pump to work.....any help would be appreciated

Is your pump in the winterizing position? Walk around and Listen for the pump sound. It will be listen behind a panel held in place with square head screws. It may be under a bed. Be sure your FW tank is full.

Looking at a layout of your floorplan I would guess the tank is under the closet, under the sink or as Cavie said under bed. Easiest way to find the tank is look inside the coach under the outside water fill inlet.
When the pump is on does it run continuously? Has the coach been winterized?
I'm having a brain fart here but there should be a valve that is closed between pump and tank that allows you to pull antifreeze to the pump and run it through out the plumbing system. That valve needs to be open to allow the pump to pull water from the tank.

The pump is located under the head of the bed on the left side. There is a removable cover. There is also a valve to the suction of the pump you might check.

Over a month later I wonder if they ever got water 💦
