Are there any Palazzo Owners on this Forum?

Hi, we just purchased a 19 36.3 Palazzo, 1st time in last weekend and trying to learn how things work, i can get hot water everywhere but the kitchen sink, anyone else have this issue?

We traded in out fifth wheel for a 2013 Thor Palazzo 33.2 that was on consignment. It had 8,900 miles on it. I was allowed to contact the previous owner. Retired doctor that dry camped a lot.
