We added a second AC to our Gemini, and it most certainly does make a difference. IMO it really should have come with two from the factory.

Nice, clean work--looks great.
We pulled off boring old I-5 in Lodi for a break, not really expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that there are over 90 wineries there! Several don't mind if you boondock in their vineyards. It puts a whole new spin on wine-tasting, when you don't have to leave.

I'm add a 2nd A/C unit to a 27.1 ACE I notice that the wire was hidden not running across the ceiling where in a one post I read they had to run the wires across the ceiling. How was you able to pull your wires and what type plug and cover you used it look clean on the outside of you RV.

Does your vent have power in
or is it just a vent? I just pushed them Romex through the opening and over towards the cabinet above bed. You should have wires already coming down through opening.
As far as the plug outside it was made by Marinco I got the 20amp charger plug. It comes with a cover/plug that fits and seals the opening.

Yes the vent has power, so there was no stud to block the wire when you push it threw. I haven't receive the A/C unit is on order so I do not want pull the vent out until I get everything together.
Thank you for your reply

I had the dealer add my second AC, so can't tell you how they hid the wiring. As far as the outside power plug, I had them match the existing 30 amp plug, already on the outside. I use a Y connector from the two 30 amp outside outlets, to a single 50 amp cord, and just plug into the parks 50 amp service. Works great.

No it's in a channel going over towards cabinet. I also ran thermostat wire too. Works great.
