Nice!

I have a few more stops over the next 3 weeks where I will share more comparisons.
1. Stock Island, Florida (Boyds Key West Campground)
2. St Cloud, Florida (rural home on acreage) will find out when we get there if T-Mobile home is available at this location.
3. Ball Ground, Ga. (another rural home on acreage) T-Mobile not available for purchase at this location.

Not available in my area but interesting product. If I understand correctly, the economy comes from replacing the internet service you are currently using, and the benefit comes from being able to take it on the road - assuming T-Mobile service in your travel areas?

This thread is interesting to me. I have the $50 T-Mobile 5g service at home and really like it.. No problems at all. I had thought about bringing it along in the MH but the tech rep from T-Mobile was emphatic in saying they would shut me off if I travelled outside my home location. I left it alone.. Seems T-Mobile doesn’t really know where the router is based on this thread.

I asked t-mobile if I put this in my MH in the driveway or go next door or use in MH is that an issue.
She said as long as your have 5g it should work.

Also can you imagine them canceling someone and have that on social media !!

Hmm. Interesting idea

I already have a T-Mobile 4G plan for the same price. If I bumped up to 5G…

By the way, I can attest that I have been to a few places where I got no signal even from my rooftop antenna, but it's always been in comparatively remote mountain areas (i.e. nearest town with >10,000 people was at least 20 miles away). Outside of those exceptions, I've gotten great signal from T-Mobile across 16 different states.

T-Mo has offered its 5G Home Internet service at $50/month since April. This plan comes with download speeds of over 100Mbps, with an average range of between 35 and 115Mbps. The 5G Wi-Fi Gateway device is also included in the plan.
My home Xfinity runs at 697 mbps downloads.

look carefully at their map, coverage out west is spotty, in NV no coverage for 185 miles in lower central part of state, and in Quartizite last year was unusable due to slow speeds, also in many other areas I have traveled.. I have ATT with unlimited data and 40 gb hot spot now on my phone so that works for me. I stream many shows to my TV via a Ruko box.

AT&T is also exactly what we use on the road.

I looked at this last summer but passed due to the location restriction.

I just spoke with the T-Mobile Home Internet folks and they told me that the service can only be used at the home address. I am going to give it a try, but if it can only be used at home then I don't really see the benefit as my current internet service is $45/month.

I can tell you with 100% certainty there are no 5G antennas in my neighborhood. Yet T-Mobile set me up with 5G (winky winky) service. Not sure how they do it, and I don’t care, but the speed is triple that of my previous provider, Spectrum.
