We have 2 T Mobile phones with unlimited plans, and we stream through the phones all the time via phone's hotspot or stream direct to Samsung TV or Roku Ultra. Of course we only do that when wifi is not available.

But if I follow you right, if the T-Mobile Home service is equivalent and cheaper to my existing Spectrum at home, this could be a no lose proposition for us?
Yes win win cheaper at home and I spoke to t Mobile ANYWHERE 4g or 5g their $50 month works and you get a free router and free hdmi plug in for any tv

I need to get an RV and get out more, I have never heard of; or seen the Truck Monkey. That is hilarious.

Nice, I didn't realize Verizon had one available as well. Please share how it works as well.

Except for occasionally turning itself off and me having to unplug replug my 10 year old Verizon myfi works great. It can cover about a 100ft circle.

Exactly right. But like others mentioned, you loose internet at home when you take it on the road with you.

Which means any internet smart based home devices or security purchased to monitor or protect the home while traveling would be totally worthless.

What is more important to you? Think about it before acting

We have unlimited Verizon plans on our two phones. Both are the Play More plans, but I'm going to switch to the Do More plan which gets you 50% off monthly plans. Basic plan is $20, so for $10 a month, I get a sim card for my Winegard and have WiFi all of the time (that I have a cell signal, of course!)

All my home security stuff is on a 25 MPs dsl connection. Verizon home only to stream video

You must be in a 5g service area. My home is only in a Verizon 4g area. T-Mobile is not even available. Yours rocks!

Verizon also has home internet service which is 5g or 4glte. TMobile isn’t the only ones offering that type service.
