It's not a day project. Auto correct changed it. Should be diy project. Install took maybe 40 minutes total for both sides

For me the time consuming part was getting the plastic hub cap on I properly. The bracket that holds the crossfire is under the lug nut. So I had to use a dremal to cut away some of the hub cap so it would fit flush to the rim

The directions say to mount it as close to the middle point in between the two valve stems. As I said earlier I attached the bracket under a lug nut. I basically followed the directions in the video I posted

ACDelco AGM Automotive BCI Group 65 Battery 65AGMHRC
At Walmart about $210 plus tax. Walmart usually will install RV chassis batteries. They did mine 4 years ago.

Hi everyone. I'm still here everyday but I just don't post much

The new Renegade has been great. A few problems but all repaired. It sure drives nice. We put 10000 miles on it last year. I found I have to use the cruise control, set at 65, Or I'd be doing 75-80. It really likes to go fast. I hardly feel any wind and never feel a truck as it goes by

We are currently on a short trip at Avila Beach and have a couple more planned for summer. Lots of stuff going on this year so mh trip will be less. I'm already planning trips for next year

Just thought I'd check in

Jerry glad things are going well… when you were looking at Super C’s did you look at the Jayco senica? I have seen a few and may go look at a used one… I don’t trust the builds on the news yet. I am staying away from Nexus also…. Just not a lot of great reviews on build quality even the older ones. Just curious.

I went with renegade based on reviews. The build quality is so much better than other super c. I didn't look at Jayco. My local dealer had a couple other brands and the interiors were junk. Not the bash thor, you know my 29m was a great mh, but the other c I looked at had thor quality. Cabinets, doors etc were terrible. There was no comparison to the renegade

Only problem with renegade and all other mhs is the componates they install. No company can control ac units, water heaters etc. But they can control the build

10,000 miles per years is a lot of driving. I had the same speed situation with the diesel pusher years ago. So smooth.

What is your average fuel mileage?
Do you find the ride comfortable or more like a truck?

Hi Jerry!! I am like you, I come to the site but don’t post now that I don’t have my Thor anymore. I’m going to Nappanee (leaving Friday) to get my warranty work done. I know, it’s a long way to go for warranty work. But I am going to see some friends the live in Grand Haven and then I’ll go to Cleveland for a 70th birthday party. We are going to do around 9,000 our first year. I thought that was a lot…. 10,000!! Good to hear from you!

Ride comfort is great. Yes it's a truck bur air ride seats are nice. Very smooth ride

Mileage sucks!! 8.25-9 depending on hills or flat lands

Took an overhead pic of the mh. Raining today but we still drove 1 hour north to Cambria, did a little shopping and ate a great lunch. Then stopped at Morro Bay. Drove to the Rock. Not much to see but rain so we headed back to the cg

Thanks for the open invitation Jerry. DW and I are trying to find a time to get back to So Cal. We have the camp site in Gulf Waters, Port Aransas and go there every chance we get. We just love it there. However my daughter and her family are pressing us to come see them. I’m having my 70th birthday this year so maybe that’ll be a good reason to get to So Cal. Your rig is beautiful!!
