I had a local shop build the top they had some of the matching material in their remnant pile cost me 150.00 and i did the final tweaking to get it to fit snug as far as the measurements dont know if my layout is the same as yours but i just laid over a piece of tracing paper and did a template and then wrote in the dimensions it is actually 2 pieces i will post a pic later when i get into rig
