Auto leveling jacks

New to auto leveling jacks.
I have a 2017 Thor Quantum PD 31 and my Jacks are approximately 5 inches from the ground when fully retracted.
This seems awfully low.
Any info would be great.

I have 2018 Thor Quantum PD 31 same issue, just be aware of speed bumps & upgrades/driveways. I have snap pads on my leveler pads making it even worse. Good luck dealer said they can't be raised.
